jeremy's mom gave us a box of ornaments that jeremy had made or picked out as a kid. while pulling out ornaments i found this note:
"i hope you like it and if you do you'll be/look like the rest cause this is the same thing i got my last girlfriend too"
i think it is safe to say that he was just born this way.
and speaking of christmas, this was our christmas tree:
our good intentions finally caught up to our actions just a week before christmas and the place we had bought our trees in the past was closed, shut down, with not a tree left. we went to lowe's and found the best tree out of the 12 or so left. as we went to check out, the cashier gave us our grand total of $6.77. seven bucks, what a deal! sadly, by the time we got home and most of the needles had already shaken off, we realized that seven dollars was indeed not a good deal but a rip off.
i waited a few days for the branches to drop before hanging ornaments. they never did. so i did the best i could with our poor, dead, rigor mortis laden tree and this was the final result.
note to self: discounted christmas trees, think twice.
