i won

yesterday i went to dallas to drop off my sister and to celebrate kristine's birthday.

while i was there, i went to saks to retrieve a pair of discounted loeffler randall pumps that had been haunting me. while being rung up, i started a conversation:

rk: "it is so sad when beautiful things go on sale. i know i'm taking advantage of it now, but it's still sad."
sa: "you should have been here last month! prada, miu miu, everything was on sale!!"
rk:"did you just hear what i said?"
sa: "yeah, but you still would have liked it."

that guy needs to get out of retail.
