time to get ill

em started at a new school last week. as expected, it wasn't easy.

the first day, after a very sad parting from jeremy, she did not take off her coat, eat, sleep or pee for the 5 hours she was there. by the afternoon, she was doing a "work", coat, full bladder, sleep deprived, hungry and all.

the second day she was looking forward to going but got upset whenever nap time came up.

 clearly it was not that scary, she fell asleep instantly with the other kids.

the third day she woke up and couldn't open her eyes. conjunctivitis. she stayed home the rest of the week. round two starts tomorrow!

these days, it is no surprise to look in the video monitor at our sweet sleeping child and find her naked. as a matter of fact, a couple of weeks ago, jeremy found her sound asleep, naked, with poop smeared all over her crib.
